Robert Yagley Sr. recalls as a young lad that he was introduced to ‘Uncle Joe Miller by his mother. He also recalls that he and his brother Marvin rode their bikes over to the local precinct (Connors Police Station) to get bicycle license and visited Joe Miller (about 1937?).
